I can't be a happier customer. Jack was brilliant from my initial contact regarding the purchase of new Santa Fe PHEV until the collection day. It's my third experience buying a brand new vehicle, and it was an exceptional experience. Jack and his colleagues were amazing, very well communicated about the progress of the order. In fact, they managed to get my new car a couple of months earlier than expected. It was also the best price on the market, and I wouldn't have any worries to deal with the Worcester branch that is almost 200 miles away. Purchased an i20N from Marshal Hyundai Worcester. Ryan saw me through the whole sale , from the first enquiry I made to the final handover, and he couldn't have made it a more seamless and smooth process. Ryan came across as very amicable , but maintained a level of professionalism. He regularly kept me posted with updates once I had placed my deposit, and I never felt as though the sale was being forced onto me. Would like to say a big thanks to Ryan for selling me such a great car! Considering an I30N in the future when funds allow. I know where to return when they become available!

After my Nissan Leaf was barely getting 70 miles on a full charge, I decided it was time to upgrade to a new EV. I fell in love with the Hyundai Kona and after one deal fell through, I went to Hyundai Worcester and spoke to Pearl about one I’d seen. We had LOTS of contact and updates and I needed it for a specific day. After an issue with the finance company, we managed to sort out an external PCP finance for the car and Pearl included a LifeShine kit with the car as a goodwill gesture. I’ve had my car for 2 months now and I love it. A couple of unfixable scuffs brought the price down and when my PCP runs out, I’ll definitely be keeping the car because it’s brilliant. Can’t fault Pearl at all, she did an amazing job and clearly communicated with me, with frequent updates. I got my car on time for the date I needed it with a full charge. More than happy with my experience.

Went to Marshall Hyundai today, (took a 60 mile trip from home as they had a car that ticked all the right boxes for us) we'd made arrangements with Ryan Boulter to view the car. What can we say..... probably the best service we've had buying a car. Ryan was really helpful, very straight talking, an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole buying experience was flawless, and straightforward. Would highly recommend visiting Marshall Hyundai if you're looking to change your car. Very fair valuation on our vehicle in part exchange. Excellent coffee too!

Visited the service department without an appointment to seek advice about a problem with my Tucson filler cap cover. Adam and John were most helpful and rectified the fault in the car park in ten minutes. Polite, helpful, personable and professional. I cannot recommend this pair and Marshall Hyundai at Worcester more highly. Thank you.

It was cold wet and windy Sunday morning when I popped into Marshall Hyundai in Worcester, I had seen a particular car on the website. I was greeted by a cheerful smile by a young man called Ryan Boulder with an umbrella to shield me from the rain, unfortunately that particular car had been sold, but not a problem as Ryan showed me another car which would suit our particular needs, a door opened and another cheerful smile opened the car. It was just what we needed, Ryan arranged a test drive always chatting explaining and answering my questions. When we got back we sat down to go through financial requirements over an excellent cup of coffee. Nothing was to much for Ryan and due to his professionalism, courtesy and friendliness, we brought the car. Ryan is a credit to Marshall Hyundai Worcester and we will be going back for future cars! Highly recommended!

Contacted this dealer via Auto Trader. Really quick response from Luke Bailey who followed up with emails and information on my requirements. Made an appointment to visit and in between Luke had researched and found exactly what I was after. Took us on a test drive and went through options and after the obligatory negotiations reached a point where I was happy to sign. Great customer service, no pressure and all very professional. Highly recommend.
